This one-day workshop explores key concepts and frameworks for increasing staff awareness, knowledge and capacity to improve their wellbeing at work.

Delivered by specialists from South London and the Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, the workshop will equip you with:

-Knowledge of the evidence-base, basic themes and key concepts affecting wellbeing at work - as part of the Wheel of Wellbeing framework 

-An increased awareness and understanding of practical steps that contribute to positive and productive workplaces

-A range of practical skills and resources to help improve your wellbeing at work and outside
