Mindfulness (8 week course)

You can develop your own mindfulness practice – and experience benefits including improved awareness and engagement with the world around you, helping improve your wellbeing.

Description

Join this eight-week course, developed and delivered by mental health and wellbeing specialists from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, to understand how mindfulness works, plus practical skills and knowledge to use every day.

-Practice mindfulness exercises to increase your present moment focus

-Practical training through experiential exercises; movement and breathing practices and other meditation-based techniques
