Stress Awareness (practical skills for coping with stress)

A half-day course designed to give you increased understanding and practical skills to identify stress, the causes, and how to manage it in order to improve your wellbeing at work.

Description

Delivered by experienced mental health professionals from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, this course is suitable for staff in all departments and roles and helps you:

-Explore stress and how it affects us - especially at work

-Identify stress, thoughts, feelings and behaviours associated with it, and how to cope

-Develop practical ways of reducing stress
