This masterclass – delivered by mental health professionals from the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust will explore the psychological demands managers are currently facing. It will equip you with increased skills to support your staff, and yourself through these challenging times.
This one day course for managers covers:
-Benefits of good mental health for all staff and the long-term effects of stress and other influences on your team’s well-being and performance
-Supporting a team member showing signs of emotional burnout to support wellbeing and reduce the likelihood of staff sickness
-How to approach a team member who is struggling with low mood, anxiety or depression
-Talking confidently to your team about their mental health and wellbeing
-Implementing positive practices to help improve wellbeing, reduce sickness absence, and enhance team relationships and performance
