Bexley Be Well Launch

Please come and find out more about how you can become part of the South London Listens Be Well Programme.

A programme that is delivered in partnership with Citizens UK, Oxleas MH Trust and SE London ICB.

The event will provide an opportunity to find out how you can become part of the programme offer, supporting community organisations to:

1. Build relationships and provide a place for community members to talk to one another.  Developing activities and practices that see to increase connection, reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing.

2. Offer practical support and signposting.

3. Take action with the wider community on the structural and systematic inequalities and injustices that impact their mental health.

 Parking is available at the event, and the nearest station is Bexley Heath.
