Evaluating your Be Well offer and building your case for funding

Building a clear monitoring and evaluation plan is an important part of any project.  In response to requests from community leaders we will be delivering a workshop on building your evaluation plan on 26 February 2026 - 6-7.30pm.

This will be delivered by Flora Faith-Kennedy, Creative Health Lead at SE ICB.  Building on a framework that has been developed for community based creative health services.

The workshop will share a framework to help you:

- Plan projects that align with health needs

- How to create a "logic model" which identifies what the project is trying to achieve, what will be delivered and key outcomes you are trying to achieve

- How to evidence your work and communicate your impact.

- Help you to continue to improve and develop your offer

- Learn from other Be Well leaders

Building on this workshop we will be delivering a follow up fundraising strategy session on Thursday 26 March 2026 between 6 and 8pm.
